Jason is the best realtor out there. This is my 4th & 5th transaction with him. He helped my buy my first house then sell it and buy my current house then just recently he coordinated all the improvements needed to make my current house more marketable and listed it as coming soon and we sold it for $10K over asking before it hit the market and also secured other favorable terms in the contract. He also was able to help me win the contract on my next home in this very difficult buyer's market where all good properties have multiple contracts. He's always very quick and knowledgably and provides great quality service. That's why I've continued to work with him on all my real estate needs.

I thought I found the perfect home and brought Jason onboard as my buyer's agent. However, Jason had brought-up couple key facts that I had not considered before. One of the key issue was the proximity to a busy street (having 3 toddlers, this was too risky). I almost made a huge mistake. Even though he had a lot to lose in terms of potential commission, he looked out for his clients first. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase to hire Jason and have him look out for your best interest.
